Quality Policy in Milad Rolling Yazd Industries
The company produces all types of pipes, profiles, cans and other steel sections and all its activities are based on customer-oriented and in accordance with the requirements of Iran’s standard and quality management system (ISO). Policies and Plans are to ensure the production of products in accordance with international standards and customers’ demands. The following actions are planned as part of customer-oriented activities:
- Improving the quality of customer service delivery
- Developing new factories and products to meet the needs and expectations of customers
- Organizing and planning and implementing quality improvement projects with customer participation
- Creating and maintaining and updating and managing the customer database through regular communication
